Thank you to everyone who has volunteered with or financially supported the LOVC this year! We really appreciate your support to help bring free eye care and affordable glasses to San Diegians in need. And you still have time to make a tax deductible donation for 2020, here on our website! Thank you!
#GivingTuesday (or any day!)
Please consider donating on Giving Tuesday, December 1st (or any day!) to help keep the LOVC running and able to provide free eye care and low cost glasses to San Diegans in need! We need your support now more than ever; the clinic was forced to close for several months during the pandemic and needs your aid to stay open for the coming year. We know 2020 has been a trying year, but please give if you are able to help those most vulnerable into 2021. Thank you so much for your support, we really appreciate it!!
New Flooring!
To add to the beauty, safety and cleanliness of the clinic, we replaced the flooring throughout the clinic! With the help of fundraising by the clinic, a donation by the San Diego County Optometric Society 2019 charity golf tournament, and a $2000 grant from the San Diego Lions Welfare Foundation, we were able to purchase and install the new flooring while the clinic was closed during the pandemic. Thank you to everyone for your support, we are so grateful!
